HAUTE APPEAL (Shivnath Paswan) was permitted to be withdrawn. 

As Jockey S Rajesh, the declared rider of GERBERA, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao to substitute Jockey G Vijay to ride GERBERA in place of the declared rider. 

CAESAR (A Velu) planted and did not take part in the Race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Z Darashah was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in two Mock Races on Race Days on the race track. 

Jockey G Vijay, the rider of GERBERA, reported that his saddle shifted over the withers, approaching the 1000 Metres, and as such, he removed both his legs from the stirrup iron and had to ride without the aid of the equipment till about approaching 250 Metres, was completely unbalanced and got dislodged from his mount. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao was fined Rs.2,000/- for faulty saddling. 

Jockey Noorulla, the rider of SEQUANA, was fined Rs.2,000/- for exulting before passing the winning post. 

Jockey M Prasad, the rider of PRETTYYASHYASHVINI, was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient efforts on his mount during the Race and he was severely cautioned in the presence of the Trainer Mr. M Bobby that repetition of similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for severe disciplinary action.
