EL SALVADOR (K Sunny Kumar) was very fractious and reared up inside the starting gates dislodging its rider, the Jockey was examined and certified medically unfit to ride as such  it was withdrawn before coming under starters orders. In consequence of EL SALVADOR being withdrawn before coming under starter’s order a deduction of 10% on win and 30% on place bets was effected.

An objection lodged by Jockey  Ranjeet Singh  the rider of DOLTON POWER placed second by the Judge against  App. Jockey Bipin Kumar  the rider of MATER FASTER placed first by the Judge for “ coming onto to me and taking my grounds from 300 mts to 200 mts due to which I had to check my mount due to I had to stop riding and that cost me a certain race narrowly”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race interviewed the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and based on the observation of the race the Stewards were satisfied that an alteration to the placings could  be justified. Therefore, they decided to uphold the objection and revised the order of placings as under:-
