Racing Incidents

KITWAKING (Shadab Khan) was very fractious and reared up  dislodging its rider who was certified medically unfit to ride as such it was  withdrawn before coming under starter’s orders. In consequent of KITWAKING being withdrawn a deduction  of 10% on win and 30% on place bets was effected.
