Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Prasanna Kumar to substitute Jockey A. Sandesh to ride KRIPA in place of Jockey S. John the declared rider.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Amit Caddy to withdraw SUMMER SUN on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right hind due to large Hematoma on gaskin. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey A.R. Pradeep, the rider of LADS ABILITY, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (2nd infringement).

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Trainer Mr. Warren Singh to the Stewards for contravention of Rule No.114(b)(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing read with Calendar Notification under the heading "saddling of horses" in respect of his charge LADS ABILITY (A.R. Pradeep) in that the saddle on his charge started shifting passing the 350 Metres and completely shifted towards the left of the quarters passing the 150 Metres whereby the rider totally lost control over his mount, also got unbalanced and fell down after passing the winning post then the horse turned towards the paddock. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and examined Trainer Mr. Warren Singh. After deliberations, they decided to fine him a sum of Rs.10,000/- for contravention of Rule No.114(b)(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing read with Calendar Notification under the heading "saddling of horses" in respect of his charge LADS ABILITY (A.R. Pradeep) in the above race.

ADONIS (R. Vaideeshwaran) sustained gum injury.

SWEET TIMER (A. Ashok Kumar) sustained cut injury on right nostril.
