ASHWA PRABIR (B Sreekanth) which was fractious in its stall, jumped tardily from the gates and on entering the straight was denied a clear run due to the crowding of the field.

Jockey N S Parmar, the rider of b m FIORUCCI, was fined a sum of Rs. 2,500/- for the indifferent handling of his mount throughout the race and  Mr. Shafiq Khan, the trainer of the mare was informed  that he must ensure that his charges run in such a manner that leaves no room for query failing which appropriate action will be taken against him.
