An objection lodged by Jockey G S Shekhawat  the rider of FEARLESSNEGOTIATOR  placed second by the Judge against  App.Jockey  Bhanu Partap Singh the rider of GOLD MINE placed first by the Judge for “ coming in  sharply onto SERIOUS ATTITUDE before the red marker who in turn came onto me taking my grounds and giving me a severe check, the horse lost its position and momentum as well and again continuously  taking my ground  in the last 150 mts due to which I was not able to ride out properly and that cost me a certain race.” The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race, interviewed the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and based on the observation of the race the Stewards were not satisfied that an alteration to the placings could  be justified. Therefore, they decided to overrule the objection. The Security deposit was refunded.

App.Jockey Bhanu Partap Singh the rider of GOLD MINE was fined 3000/- for allowing his mount to shift in before passing the red marker post thereby  causing interference to SERIOUS ATTITUDE (Harkesh Kumar) who in turn went onto FEARLESSNEGOTIATOR (G S Shekhawat) on the rails, the latter loosing considerable grounds.

App.Jockey Bipin Kumar the rider of MASTER WOUNOER was severely reprimanded for dropping his hands before passing the winning post.

Jockey Harkesh Kumar the rider of SERIOUS ATTITUDE was Rs.1000/- for  not making any efforts to sit 2nd/3rd as instructed  and  not being in the line of contention. He was conveyed that his future riding would be closely monitored and any like repetition would entail severe action.
