b c DANCE IN CHINA (A Sandesh) was very fractious and refused to be stalled.  Under the circumstances the colt was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders.  The Starting Stall Certificate of the colt has been revoked by the Starter.

GORSHKOV (Melvyn Maseyk) was slow to begin.

Approaching the distance post ch g GORSHKOV (Melvyn Maseyk) swerved to the outer portion of the race track under the use of whip.  Jockey Melvyn Maseyk was advised to exercise greater control over his mounts and  was fined a sum of Rs. 1,000/- for the use of whip when the gelding was clearly not responding to it.
