Explanation of Jockey Ch K Chary (SUPERB) that his instructions were to position his mount off the pace until entering the straight but due to the slow initial pace as also his mount got  keen he per force had to travel in the front until entering the straight in order to avoid running into the heels of the front runners was not accepted and the Jockey was severely reprimanded to make more determined  efforts to follow the given instructions, failing which he would be liable to severe disciplinary action.
