BIG BOSS (APP. P. SAI KUMAR) permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s Orders on veterinary grounds.

HANDSOME HAWK (APP. A.K. PAWAR) planted and lost distance as the start was effected. SSC revoked

DRAYTON (S. SREEKANT) jumped out slowly losing about 4 to 5 lengths. SSC revoked.

PAVAN (ARVIND JOSHI)  tried to run out between the 1400 and 1200 metres in the process forced out NANO PRIDE (APP. AJIT KUMAR).   Trainer Zoheb Shaikh was advised to take remedial measures before next acceptance.

Jockey N. Ravinder Singh (CROWN CASTLE) reported that his mount was tending to run out throughout the race.  Trainer M. Satyanarayana was advised to take remedial measures before next acceptance.

Jockey S. Sreekant (DRAYTON) fined Rs. 1,000/- for shifting out at about the 200 metres causing interference to SPORTING STAR (DEEP SHANKER).

Explanation of Jockey A. Ramana (CITI SUPREME) that his instructions were to go to the front but due to the fast initial pace he was unable to go to the front thereby necessitating him to tuck the gelding in 3^rd or 4^th position until entering the straight and thereafter the gelding did not show any turn of foot inspite of his best efforts.  Trainer S.S.F. Hassan whilst confirming the Jockeys statement stated that he had no reasonable explanation to offer with regard to his charge’s dismal performance.  Both the Jockeys and Trainers explanations were noted for future reference.
