Racing Incidents

BENITA (App. G. Sai Vamshi ) refused to be stalled inspite of all efforts was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s Orders. SSC revoked.

SAINT LOUIS (K. ANIL) stumbled immediately after the start  in the process dislodged the rider.  Thereafter  the  riderless SAINT LOUIS hampered the running of ROYAL SWORD (A. RAMANA) at about the 300 metres.  Jockey K. Anil however escaped unhurt.

FEARLESS MISSION (ARVIND JOSHI) stumbled negotiating the final bend and fell in the process dislodging the rider.  Jockey Arvind Joshi who was given immediate medical aid had been shifted to the hospital for further medical examination.  The Veterinary Officer reported that the gelding had collapsed due to a cardiac arrest.
