Explanation of Jockey P.A. Culhane (RACING QUEEN) that as he found something wrong with his mount entering the straight as such he not punished her, however, cantered her in the straight and completed the course as such.  As subsequent veterinary examination revealed that the horse was trotting sound and had no abnormalities, the Jockey was cautioned for failing to ride out his mount to complete advantage in the straight.
