ARISEN STAR, an acceptor in the above race was permitted to be withdrawn when examined by the Veterinary Officer on the morning of 23^rd November 2012 and found to be suffering from Pyrexia (fever).

b f RIVERDOWN EMPRESS(IRE) accepted to run in this race was examined by the Veterinary Officer on the morning of the race day and found to be lame on right hind.  Hence the filly was withdrawn on Veterinary grounds and Trainer Mr. D Byramji was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Sr. Vet Officer.

EROS (K Kadam) was slow to begin losing considerable ground at start. In view of its behavior Trainer Rodrigues Jr. was informed not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a mock race.

Approaching the distance post BENJAMIN (Pintu Das) was inconvenienced when ICE FESTIVAL (Vinay Jaiswal) shifted ‘outwards’ and passing the distance post SHAM SUNDER (Shezad Khan) was inconvenienced when ICE FESTIVAL shifted ‘inwards’. At a subsequent enquiry Jockey Vinay Jaiswal was shown the replay of the race and fined a sum of Rs. 2,500/- for not making adequate attempt to keep his horse on an even course.
