Racing Incidents

Trainer I.S. Parmar was fined Rs. 2000/- for running his charge in Aluminium plates on all four without taking prior permission in respect of his charge MISS SMASHING.

Trainer Chandrapal Singh was called in and questioned re: the instructions in respect of his charge HAPPY GO LUCKY. He stated that he asked jockey D.S. Rathore to sit 6th/7th as it is a habitual slow starter and he did not want to use his charge in the initial part of the race which could possibly fizzle out his charge in the race was noted for future running.
