Tr. Patrick Quinn was fined a sum of Rs. 500/- for faulty declaration of shoes in respect of his charge HILLS OF THE MOON.

DANCE IN CHINA (Shailesh Shinde) and GONNA BE A ROCK STAR (Gajender Singh) were fractious in their respective stalls.

STAR SUCCESS (App B. Srinivas Rao), EVENING MIST (Vinay Jaiswal), HILLS OF THE MOON (Surjeet Singh) and SARTAJ (App Arman Khan) were slow to begin.

ANNIE HALL (Shezad Khan) which was fractious in its stall planted, loosing considerable ground at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Bath was advised not to accept with his charge until shown  to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a mock race.

When afforded an opportunity to explain as to why he had travelled wide off the field when entering the home straight, Jockey Kishore Kadam, the rider of ENZO, stated that he had been instructed to make his run on the “outside” of the field. Trainer C Gleich when questioned corroborated the instructions and stated that the horse had won a race on 18^th December, 2012 when ridden in a similar manner.  The Stipendiary Stewards noted their statements.
