RAFFLES (Shailesh Shinde) was resaddled at the start and fractious while being stalled.

Tr. Bharath Singh when afforded an opportunity to explain the poor performance of his charge OAKDALE in this race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 150 run on 23^rd January, 2013, stated that “in Race No. 150 his charge achieved victory when racing with horses which had been  unplaced in their previous starts and on this occasion he was racing against horses which had performed very well in their previous starts, hence his charge did not perform as expected”.  The Stipendiary Stewards while not accepting his explanation, decided to keep their decision in abeyance till such time as the mare races again.
