Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for contravention of General Condition 5 of the Prospectus of Bangalore Winter Meeting 2012-13 in accepting his charge VISTABELLA to run in the above race and also in the 1st race of 23-2-2013. Subsequently the horse was withdrawn from the above race.

SUNBEAM (R. Vaibhav) planted and did not take practical part in the race. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. J.S. Dhariwal was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in two Mock Races on race days on the race track.

Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh, the rider of ROYAL ADMIRAL, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

It was reported after the race that WELL KNOWN (D. Gnaneshwar) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

ANFIELD (M. Noornabhi)sustained a cut injury on right hock.

FORMULA ONE (Mudassar Nazar) sustained a cut injury on left hock.

An enquiry is being held into the severe interferences at the start concerning the following horses viz ROYAL ADMIRAL (V R Jagadeesh), BALLANTOY (Ryan Marshall), LEPTON PENNATUS (A Ashok Kumar), SUKHMANEE(R Bharath) and STARSTRUCK (N Ganesh).
