Racing Incidents

SPEED SIX (P Trevor) arrived late at the start thereby delaying the start of the race.

NEFYN (J Fortune) was slow to begin.

Some distance after the start SUCCESSOR (R Marshall) and BULLSEYE (R Hughes) were checked by their respective riders and made contact with each other when SHIVALIK STAR (D K Ashish) making progress on the outside shifted ‘in’.  At a subsequent enquiry Jockey Ashish was shown the CCTV replay of the race and fined a sum of Rs. 2,500/- for shifting course when not adequately clear of the other runners.
