For failing to declare weight in respect of his charge CAPOTE, Tr. Manvendra Singh was fined a sum of Rs. 500/- for the lapse.

TINTORETTO (Sk Israil) and  MARAUDER (I Khan) were slow to begin.

Jockey I Khan, the rider of MARAUDER, was fined a sum of Rs. 5,000/- for failing to improve his position during the early stages of the race when he had every opportunity to do so thereby placing his mount in a position of disadvantage.  Further Tr. D M David (MARAUDER) was informed that his charges should run and be ridden in a manner that leaves no room for query.

Jockey Kishore Kadam, the rider of DELAFRUZ, reported loss of his whip approaching the distance post but for which his mount would have performed better.  The Stipendiary Stewards taking into cognigance  that the jockey had reported dropping of his whip on a number of occasions earlier, decided to fine him a sum of Rs. 5000/- for his reapeated lapse and cautioned him should he continue to loose his whip during the running of a race, he would be reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.
