Permission was granted to trainer Mr. G Nityanand (deputizing on behalf of trainer Mr. B Prithviraj) to withdraw NOBLE AND NICE (V R Jagadeesh) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have inflammed girth. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

WHISPERING GALLERY (S Zervan) was extremely fractious, refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starter's orders.

SOLITAIRE ROYALE (Fr'co F DaSilva) could not get a clear run soon after jumping out of the starting gates due to the crowding of the field.

Jockey P S Chouhan, the rider of MAGICAL SPELL was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing SOLITAIRE ROYALE (Fr'co F DaSilva) on his inside approaching the 150 Metres.

It was reported after the race that ARYAN (A M Tograllu) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Laxman Singh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
