Trainer Nina M.Lalvani has been fined Rs.3,000/- for putting in late Declaration in respect of her charge SINDBAAD. 

At the start, ONLY ONE (P.Trevor) was inconvenienced as SYDNEY (D.K.Ashish) shifted in, due to SINDBAAD (A.Sandesh) shifting in. Jockey A.Sandesh has been cautioned.

Trainer Imtiaz A.Sait was questioned following the poor performance of his charge INDICATION. The Trainer stated that the Instructions to Jockey S.Zervan were to judge the pace and ride the filly accordingly, if the pace is slow then to be up or else ride her from a settled position. He opined that the Jockey had handled the filly well but she has not responded. He said that he had used a Tongue Strap this time on recommendation from Jockey Dashrath Singh. To another question he stated that the filly had worked well her previous run was good. He opted to scope the filly. The explanation was noted.

The Sr.V.O. reported that INDICATION was scoped at the Equine Hospital after sampling and found to be EIPH (Gr.III). The filly is not to race for the stipulated ban period of four weeks and has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.

After the race, SINDBAAD was observed to have an abrasion at the right hind fetlock. INDICATION and SANTA BARBARA were found to be sound.
