Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu to withdraw FOR YOUR EYES ONLY (D Gnaneshwar) on veterinary grounds as it was suffering from colic. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

As Jockey R Ravi, the declared rider of BLACK DRAGON, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the Seventh Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan to substitute Jockey A Velu to ride BLACK DRAGON in place of the declared rider.

As Jockey N Tauseef Ahmed, the declared rider of HILLTON, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the Ninth Race and no suitable substitute rider was available, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. J Babu Rao to withdraw HILLTON from the above Race.

LA PIPERI (J Paswan) was extremely fractious and was observed to have got cast in the gates. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Orders.
