Racing Incidents

Consequent to the Jockey P. Uday Kiran having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey Harinder Singh to be substituted on RUSTIC GAL.

RUSTIC GAL (Harinder Singh) and RAHUL’S DIAMOND (App. B.H. Prashant)) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.  Respective Trainers D. Netto and R.H. Sequeira were advised to show their charges at the gates before next accepting in a race.

J. Vikas (TRUE FRIEND) was severely reprimanded for traveling wide for the greater part of the race for no apparent reason.

Jockey N. Ravinder Singh (ELZAAM) was cautioned for failing to hold position in the initial stages of the race.

App. B.H. Prashant (RAHUL’S DIAMOND) was fined Rs. 1,000/- for traveling wide throughout the race for no apparent reason.   The App. was further cautioned to be more vigorous in riding out his mounts in future.

THE CHALLENGE (App. Akshay Kumar) was tightened for room at about the 600 mtrs due to crowding of the field.
