Racing Incidents

Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, CATWALK QUEEN (Sarvan Kumar). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.

Jockey Sarvan Kumar, the rider of CATWALK QUEEN, reported that his mount  was  inclined  to  run  'out'  between  the  700  Metres  till  about rounding the final bend. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination  but  no  abnormality  was  reported.  However,  Trainer  Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey Sarvan Kumar, the rider of CATWALK QUEEN, reported that his saddle shifted back in the final 100 metres of the Race. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling.

It was reported after the Race that RISING AFFAIRS (S Mubarak) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

AMBER STAR (B Harish) sustained bleeding cut injury over right hind inside hock.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, dk b m HARINI.
