Trainer Mr. J.S. Pillay was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge SPARK OF DIABLO (San. Kumar Paswan). Subsequently `all black' emergency colours were permitted to be used.

FREE WILL (D. Gnaneshwar) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced SILVER STREET (R. Vaibhav) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

SPARK OF DIABLO (San. Kumar Paswan) planted and did not take part in the race. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. J.S. Pillay was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in two Mock Races on race days on the race track.

Jockey R. Anand, the rider of VEGA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

Jockey Mudassar Nazar, the rider of GLAMOUR BOY, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (2nd infringement).

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of ORIENTAL KING, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

NATION'S GLORY (Y.S. Srinath) sustained bleeding cut injury on right hock.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f WHIMSICAL.

It was reported after the last race that ORIENTAL KING (Arshad Alam) burst its blood vessels (Grade III - Endoscopy) at 6.00 p.m. Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
