Racing Incidents

PUNJAB MAIL (J Chinoy) was fractious in the paddock reared up and  fell down, the filly was examined by the Club’s Veterinary Officer who reported the filly was lame on right fore as such was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Trainer Sartaj Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until passed fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer.

AL ANUS (Narain Singh) was withdrawn at the starting gates before coming under Starter’s orders as it was lame on right fore. Trainer H Ali Khan was informed not to accept with his charge until passed fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer.

In consequence of PUNJAB MAIL & AL ANUS being withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders no deduction on win or place bets was effected.
