RAY OF LIGHT was not declared to start.

TIME FOR SMILE (N. Ravinder Singh) was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.

Permission was granted to Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh to saddle CROWN EMPEROR (A.M. Tograllu) on behalf of trainer S.S. Attaollahi at both trainers’ risk and liability.

Consequent to the Jockey Y.S. Srinath having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey K. Anil to be substituted on CASTLE STUART.

CROWN EMPEROR (A.M. Tograllu) jumped out slowly losing about 4 to 5 lengths and thereafter trailed the field throughout the race, SSC revoked.

An enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of SOUTHERN EMPEROR, trained by S. Ganapathy and ridden by Jockey B. Sreekanth.

Jockey Suraj Narredu (ROSES IN BLOOM) was fined Rs.1,000/- for excessive and improper use of the whip.
