Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Prasanna Kumar to withdraw AMAZING REDD (Imran Chisty) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be suffering from right anaxillary sinusitis (thick yellowish unilateral discharge from right nostril). He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Samar Singh to declare Jockey Ch K Chary to ride BRABUS SPEED in the above race.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Hidayat Khan to declare Jockey Arshad Alam to ride CATAMARAN in the above race.

BRABUS SPEED (Ch K Chary) was examined at the Starting Gates by the Club’s Veterinary Officer and was found to be lame on right hind due to a sprained fetlock. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s orders. Trainer Mr. Samar Singh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey P. Kiran Rai, the rider of VIRAT, reported that his mount was hanging in after entering the straight.  The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.  However, Trainer Mr. V. Narayana Gowda was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.  

VIRAT (P. Kiran Rai) accidentally stumbled approaching the 200 Metres.

It was reported after the race that ALCAZAAR (Shobhan Babu) pulled up lame on right hind due to sprained fetlock. Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g ICELANDER.
