Racing Incidents

Consequent to Jockey M. Mark having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey Kiran Naidu to be substituted on ANY GIVEN DAY. 

ANY GIVEN DAY (Kiran Naidu) slow into stride, losing about 1 or 2 lengths and thereafter the gelding trailed the field.  Trainer S.S.F. Hassan was advised to ensure that his charge is capable of running with the field in future.

BEN HUR (S. Sreekant) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths and thereafter the filly trailed the field throughout the race.  Trainer Zoheb Shaikh was advised to ensure that his charge is capable of running with the field in future.

Jockey J. Vikas (GOLDIE) was fined for failing to position his mount to complete advantage in the initial stages of the race.

App. K. Mukesh Kumar (BERNABEU) was severely reprimanded in the presence of Trainer Anupam Sharma for failing to position his mount to advantage in the initial stages of the race.
