Racing Incidents

Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was fined Rs.2,000/- for declaring Jockey S. John without his prior consent who had already accepted to ride GAGAN STAR in the above race. Subsequently permission was granted to him to declare Jockey Yash Narredu to ride GAME DANCER.

BLUES LEGEND (A. Ramu) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced VIVA DIVA (Kiran Rai P) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey A. Ramu and Trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj were questioned over the performance BLUES LEGEND. Jockey A. Ramu stated that his mount did not gallop fluently and did not show initial speed at the start and was last till about the bend. He confirmed the Trainer's instructions to be sitting 3rd or 4th. Mr. Prithviraj said that this being a no whip race he could only use his hands and heels but the horse did not respond. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
