Racing Incidents

For accepting with his charge b g KANHA to run in the above race while under medication, Tr. Bharath Singh was fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/-. Subsequently the colt was permitted to be withdrawn.

Some distance after the start GIMME CREDIT (Arman Khan, drawn 2), SANJIT (P Kamlesh, drawn 4) and VERENA ROSE (N S Parmar, drawn 1) jostled for room when trying to gain the advantage of being positioned at the head of the field.

Jockey Arman Khan, the rider of GIMME CREDIT, was severely reprimanded in the presence of Tr. R V Gowli for the victory celebrations before passing the winning post.
