At the request of Trainer H.J.Antia, MOUNTAIN SONG was examined at 1150 hours on 05/12/2014 and was found to be sore by the left fore leg. As such, the mare was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on Veterinary grounds. The mare has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race. 

WIND CRAFT (S.G.Prasad) was restless in the stall. Trainer H.J.Antia has been asked to give the gelding more gate practice and show him to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting stalls, before next accepting to race.

At the start, YOU’RE THE BOSS (App.Akshay Gaikwad, dr.13) jumped out awkwardly and brushed the gates, due to which the Jockey lost his right stirrup iron which he was able to regain near 800 metres.

At the start, BLUE BAY (Kishore Kadam, dr.11) shifted in and made contact with SANSANI (A.Ashhad Asbar, dr.10). Jockey Kishore Kadam has been cautioned.

At the start, CAPILANO (App.Bhawani Singh, dr.12) shifted in and went across BLUE BAY (Kishore Kadam, dr.11) and SANSANI (A.Ashhad Asbar,dr.10). App.Bhavani Singh has been reprimanded.

Near 200 metres, SANSANI (A Ashhad Asbar) scrapped the rails.

BLUE BAY (Kishore Kadam) was held up for a clear run in the final few strides.

After the race, CAPILANO was observed to have a cut injury at the left hock and ANTARTICA ZONE had lost its right hind plate. YOU’RE THE BOSS, SANSANI and BLUE BAY were found to be sound.
