Racing Incidents

PRINCESS HINA (App. Akshay Kumar) was examined at the Starting gates and was observed to be trotting lame on her right fore, as such the filly was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds before coming under starters orders.

 

KOHINOOR FLARE (M. Madhu Babu) was very fractious inside the gates, reared up and dislodged the Jockey as such the filly was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders, SSC revoked.

 

ACCELERATOR (Kuldeep Singh) and WONDER EYE (S. Sreekant) jumped out awkwardly losing about 5 to 6 lengths each, SSCs revoked.

 

Explanation of Jockey P.S. Chouhan (GOLDEN ANGEL) that his instructions were to go to front and in order to follow the given instructions, he was forced to use up the filly in the initial stages of the race resulting in the filly tiring and had nothing to offer in the final stages of the race and also maintained an erratic course inspite of his best efforts noted. The Jockey was however fined Rs.2000/- for shifting in while negotiating the final bend in the process causing interference to GREEN STRIKER (J.H. Christopher).
