Racing Incidents

Consequent to Jockey David Breux having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted App. Akshay Kumar to be substituted on ROCK HEIGHTS.

 

Jockey P. Sai Kumar (BLOSSOM) was fined Rs.2000/- for easing up his mount in the final stages of the race, though he won the race.

 

Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (EVA) that his mount shied and tried to run out immediately after the start inspite of his best efforts, due to which he lost considerable ground and thereafter he has done his best in the straight, noted.  Trainer L.D’ Silva was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

 

ARUDRA (M.F. Ali Khan) trailed the field throughout the race. Trainer J. Silvester was advised to ensure that his charge is capable of running with the field in future.

 

GOLDEN TERMS (N. Ravinder Singh) trailed the field throughout the race. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the gelding was trotting lame on his left fore due to fetlock joint sprain.
