Racing Incidents

CRIXUS (P Kamlesh) was fractious while being stalled.

DINO (N S Parmar) drifted to the outer portion of the race track during the final stages of the race.

Jockey Shailesh Shinde when afforded an opportunity to explain the running of his mount b c ALMARIO stated that the colt was running green throughout the race and had a tendency to ‘lug in’ towards the inner rail. Under the circumstances he was unable to ride his mount to complete advantage. Tr. D Karki deputizing for Tr. Vijay Singh was informed to get the colt examined by the Veterinary Officer and report ailment if any. At a subsequent veterinary examination on the morning of 18th February, 2015 the colt was found to be lame on left fore. Tr. D Karki was informed that the colt should not be accepted until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
