Racing Incidents

SAINTS N SINNERS (App.R.Ajinkya) was reluctant to reach the starting point. Trainer Rehanullah Khan has been asked to take remedial measures.

Soon after the start, DOC HOLLIDAY (Kishore Kadam, dr.6) shifted in and went on to IN THE LIMELIGHT (App S.J. Sunil, dr.5) who in turn tightened JIMBO (A.Ashhad Asbar, dr.4) who lost position.  Jockey Kishore Kadam has been fined Rs.2,000/-.

DOC HOLLIDAY (Kishore Kadam) leaned inwards in the straight. Trainer Rehanullah Khan has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the horse.

Jockey A.Ashhad Asbar (JIMBO) reported loss of whip near 200 metres. The Jockey explained that as he used his whip second time, it slipped out from his hand. The Stipendiary Stewards would be further looking into this incident and submit a report later.

Jockey Sandeep Jadhav (RAVELLO) reported loss of whip near 200 metres. The Jockey explained that his mount made contact with the railing and therefore he lost his whip.

After the race, MERCHANTOFVENICE was found to be sore by the left fore leg. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.
