Racing Incidents

Trainer Mr. Deshmukh L.V.R. was fined Rs.5,000/- for discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge MADIBA (Neeraj Rawal) (1st infringement).

Near the 1400 Metres RAMBERT (V.R. Jagadeesh) eased slightly when ROYAL SEAL (D.K. Ashish) shifted inwards. 

SPICE GIRL (S. Zervan) was slowly away and ran detached from the field.   Trainer Mr. S. Padmanabhan was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

MAJORCA (Keanen G Steyn) ran detached after rounding the final bend. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and on examination by the Club’s Veterinary Officer it was reported after the 5thrace at 4.15 p.m that it had burst its blood vessels (Endoscopy - Grade III). Trainer Mr.  L D’Silva was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

SHARPSHOOTER (Arshad Alam) was impounded for veterinary examination and on examination by the Club’s Veterinary Officer it was reported after the last race at 6:35 p.m that it had burst its blood vessels (Endoscopy - Grade I). Trainer Mr.  Neil Darashah was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g BOLD COMMAND.
