As Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the declared rider of SELFIE, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the Fifth Race and no suitable substitute rider was available, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu to withdraw SELFIE from the above Race.

Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was fined Rs.10,000/- for discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge, WESTERN FLEET (V R Jagdeesh) [second infringement].

TERI ADAH (M Madhu Babu) planted and lost many lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

Jockey C Harish, the rider of OCEANA was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount, during the Race. He was further cautioned that a similar manner of riding will entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.

Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of WESTERN FLEET, reported that his mount was hanging 'out' in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

SENATOR (Ajeet Kumar) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Z Darashah was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
