Racing Incidents

Jockey A Ashhad Asbar, the rider of BLAZING BULLET, was fined a sum of Rs. 1,000/- for presenting himself late to the Clerk of the Scales to be ‘weighed-out’ for the race.

BLAZING BULLET (A Ashhad Asbar) was fractious while being stalled.

LOCHINVAR (B Nikhil) was fractious in its stall.

YAMAZAKI (S John, drawn 8) and THEO (App Hindu Singh, drawn 9) received various degrees of interference when DIXIE DIAMOND (Shezad Khan, dran 7) having its maiden outing jumped awkwardly ‘outwards’ from the gates. Tr. H S Bath was advised to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with his charge again.

AHLAN (Imran Chisty, drawn 1) and STAR AACT (App Jorawar Singh, drawn 2) made contact with each other soon after the start causing STAR AACT to shift ‘outwards’.

Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of AHLAN, reported that his mount was inclined to hang ‘out’ while negotiating the bend and was not striding fluently thereafter. The filly was impounded for veterinary examination and on examination the filly was found to be lame on left hind. Tr. Manvendra Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
