Permission has been granted to Trainer D.R. Byramji to saddle ANANTARA (Irvan Singh) on behalf of Trainer R.R. Byramji, at both the Trainers’ risk and liability.
 
ELYSIAN (S. Zervan) was fractious inside the stalls, dislodged the Jockey, as such the colt was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders, SSC revoked.  Jockey S. Zervan who was given immediate medical aid was declared medically unfit to ride for the remaining races of the day.
 
Explanation of Jockey A. Sandesh (MAHATHI) that his mount was trying to run out throughout the race inspite of his best efforts in the process shifted out at about the 1200 mtrs resulting in interference to ANANTARA (Irvan Singh) and CITY OF HARMONY (Kuldeep Singh) was not accepted and the Jockey was fined for shifting out and causing interference to ANANTARA (Irvan Singh) and CITY OF HARMONY (Kuldeep Singh) at about the 1200 mtrs.
 
Explanation of Jockey Irvan Singh (ANANTARA) that his mount was running green throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, in the process caused inconvenience to MAHATHI (A.Sandesh) racing on the rails was not accepted and the Jockey was fined for shifting in at about the 800 mtrs in the process causing interference to MAHATHI (A. Sandesh).
 
CITY OF HARMONY (Kuldeep Singh) was denied a clear run at about the 500 mtrs due to crowding of the field.
 
Trainer L.D' Silva was fined for failing to exercise greater care in saddling of his charge PALISADES PARK (Suraj Narredu) whose saddle slipped during the running of the race.
 
Jockey Suraj Narredu (PALISADES PARK) was fined for shifting out under the use of whip, in the final stages of the race in the process causing interference to SEA CASTLE (A. |mran Khan).
 
MAHATHI (A. Sandesh) returned lame on left fore due to shoulder sprain.
