SO REGAL (Sameer Khan) which arrived late to the start thereby delaying the start of the race, was slow to begin. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was informed that a delay in arrival of his charges in future to the starting gate would attact a penalty on him.

At the request of Jockey Sameer Khan, SO REGAL was examined by the Veterinary Officer behind the starting gates and declared fit to race.

Jockey A Sandesh, the rider of XPERIENCE, when afforded an opportunity to explain the running of his mount stated that he was instructed to place his mount in a prominent position in the early and middle stages of the race and to do his best thereafter. He further stated that he was unable to get a clear run till approaching the distance post and thereafter on him shifting ground to the outside of the field the filly did not respond to his hand and heels urgings. The Stipendiary Stewards noted his explanation.

Subsequent to the race day morning b g ACE AMANDUS was examined by the Veterinary Officer and found to be lame on right fore. Tr. Manvendra Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
