Trainer B.Suresh has been fined a sum of Rs.5,000/- for accepting and declaring to start Miss Miracle (Shahar Babu) whilst the horse was under treatment thereby contravening the norms of medication rules.

Jockey C.Umesh , the rider of Affirmation has been fined a sum of Rs 1,000/- for checking his mount passing the 800 meters marker for no apparent reason thereby losing position.

Jockey S.S.Azad, rider of Classy Dancer has been severely cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts in the final stage of the race.
