Trainer Mr. K Somashekar was fined Rs.5,000/- for declaring a rider to ride his charge EXPRESS SPEED, who did not hold a valid Jockey's Licence under the Rules of the Club. Subsequently, he was permitted to declare Jockey Shivnath Paswan to ride EXPRESS SPEED in the above Race.

MIDNIGHT STORM (G Sai Vamshi) accidentally stumbled, approaching the 800 Metres.

Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of PEPPER KING, reported that he lost his whip, approaching the 200 Metres.

At the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards, the Stewards ordered and held an enquiry into the running of the Race with particular reference to the severe interference caused by Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of ESTERHAZY to Jockey S G Prasad, the rider of KODALS PRINCESS, in the final 100 Metres of the Race. This apart, Jockey S G Prasad, the rider of KODALS PRINCESS, placed Fifth by the Judge, lodged an objection against Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of ESTERHAZY, placed Second by the Judge, for “inside the last 400 Metres, when my horse was in full gallop, ESTERHAZY started to come out and interfered very badly and as such, I had to completely stop riding and that cost me a certain 2nd place”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned; After deliberations, they decided to disqualify ESTERHAZY (Arshad Alam) for the above Race, thus resulting in  the objection lodged by Jockey S G Prasad (KODALS PRINCESS) against Jockey Arshad Alam (ESTERHAZY) being rendered infructuous, and, revised the order of placings as under:

An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey Arshad Alam on his mount, ESTERHAZY, in the above Race.

It was reported after the Race that MIDNIGHT STORM (G Sai Vamshi) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

It was reported after the Race that the right fore bandage of PEPPER KING (Janardhan Paswan) had apparently come off during the Race. After due examination, Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath was fined Rs.2,000/- for his negligence pertaining to fastening of Bandages on his charge, PEPPER KING (Janardhan Paswan).

ALWAYS ON TOP (C A Brisson) sustained injury on right hind medial cannon.

ESTERHAZY (Arshad Alam) sustained multiple cut injuries on left fore medial pastern and left hind outer hock.

EXPRESS SPEED (Shivnath Paswan) sustained bleeding cuts inside both hock and clipped injury on left hind outer cannon.
