Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of WIND WONDER, was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to TAQDEER KA BADSHAH (Arshad Alam) on his outside, approaching the 300 Metres.
Jockey Nitin Singh, the rider of SECRET TOUCH, placed Fourth by the Judge, lodged objections against Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of TAQDEER KA BADSHAH, placed Third by the Judge, and also, against Jockey P Trevor, the rider of PENTAGRAM, placed Second by the Judge, for 'at around 175 Metres, Jockey Arshad Alam came 'out' and squeezed me and at the same time, Jockey P Trevor, the rider of PENTAGRAM, came 'in' when my horse was full of running, whereby, I had to check my horse, which cost me a certain 2nd place'. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned; After deliberations, they decided to (a) uphold the objection lodged by Jockey Nitin Singh [SECRET TOUCH] against Jockey Arshad Alam [TAQDEER KA BADSHAH]; (b) overrule the objection lodged by Jockey Nitin Singh [SECRET TOUCH] against Jockey P Trevor [PENTAGRAM] and revise the order of placings as under:

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of TAQDEER KA BADSHAH, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to SECRET TOUCH (Nitin Singh) on his outside, passing the 200 Metres.
Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of TAQDEER KA BADSHAH, was fined Rs.2,000/- for dropping hands before passing the Winning Post.
TAQDEER KA BADSHAH (Arshad Alam) was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported.
SPEARTOOTH (Y S Srinath) sustained small cut on left hind planter cannon.
