Racing Incidents

YOU CAN I CAN (App. Kunal Bunde) jumped out slowly losing about 3 or 4 lengths, SSC revoked.  Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the gelding sustained cut injury over left hind proximal 3rd inside cannon.  However, the gelding was trotting sound after the race.
 
Explanation of Jockey Beuzelin Louis (FASHION HIGH) in the presence of Trainer D. Netto that his instructions were to go to front or sit close with front runners, but at about the 800 mtrs he was forced out by GLADSTONE (N. Rawal) as such in order to avoid travelling wide he dropped back and thereafter he has done his best in the straight and his filly took time to raise a fluent gallop in the straight was not accepted and the Jockey has been severely cautioned to ensure that he make more determined efforts to follow the given instructions in future failing which he will be liable for severe disciplinary action as deemed fit.
