Consequent to Jockey R. Laxmikanth having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted App. Mukesh Kumar to be substituted on DIVINE SILVER.
 
Explanation of Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (TRUE HYMN) in the presence of Trainer Sk. Kassam that his mount ducked in soon after the start catching him unaware and thereafter was tending to hang in, in the process caused interference to WAVERLY CREEK (Kuldeep Singh), JASMINE GARDEN (P. Sai Kumar), MOGHALRAJPURAM (App. G. Naresh), TOUGH SUSSEX (App. Deepak Singh) and NEGRESS PRINCESS (App. Akshay Kumar) insptie of his best efforts, noted.  Trainer Sk. Kassam was advised to show his charge in a Mock race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next accepting in a race.
 
Jockey N. Rawal (GLADSTONE) was fined for shifting in soon after the start when not sufficiently clear of the runners racing on his inside before the red marker, in the process crowding the runners.
 
JASMINE GARDEN (P. Sai Kumar) jumped out awkwardly and thereafter trailed the field throughout the race inspite of Jockey’s best efforts.  Trainer R.H. Sequeira was advised to show his charge at the gates to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next accepting in a race.
 
MOGHALRAJPURAM (App. G. Naresh) trailed the field throughout the race.  Trainer Sk. Kassam, deputizing for Trainer K.V. Srinivas was advised for a better performance in future.
