Trainer Mr. R.V. Manohar was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colors at the scales in respect of his charge NIJLON. Subsequently All Black emergency colors were permitted to be used.
 
GALAXY PEGASUS (Vinod Shinde) was examined by the starting gates by the Club’s Veterinary Officer it was found to be trotting lame on right fore. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order. Trainer Mr. Darius R. Byramji was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
