Racing Incidents

Jockey S.K. Paswan replaced the indisposed M. Kumar on REPSOL.

MY VALENTINE (J. Chinoy) was extremely fractious inside the gates, reared up and sat down for considerable period of time, thereby injured the Jockey. On examination, by the Club's Veterinary Officer it was found to have sustained contusion on right shoulder. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order. Trainer Mr. Praveen Jesu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Chetan Kalay S., the rider of RED ADMIRAL was fined Rs.5,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing severe interference to SHIVALIK BOY (M. Noornabi) on his inside passing the 800 Meters.

An enquiry is being held into the relatively improved performance of REGAL MUSIC (D’nusingh Deora), trained by Prithviraj. B in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No.56 The Guindy Plate Div - I, about 1400 Meters, Horses rated 00 to 20 run on 10th June 2017.

MYSTICAL SHADOW (Kiran Rai P) sustained superficial gum injury.

SHIVALIK BOY (M. Noornabi) sustained punctured wound on left fore cannon.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g REGAL MUSIC.
