Racing Incidents

TIGER (Praveen Gaddam) was observed to have sustained superficial injuries over head with bleeding from left nostrils.  As such the horse was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds.
 
ALTRUIST (Aneel) jumped out slowly losing about a distance, SSC revoked.
 
MORNING MIRACLE (R.J. Hannam) jumped out slowly losing about 2 or 3 lengths.
 
Explanation of Jockey C. Umesh (ASHWA RAFATR) that his instructions were to sit 4th or 5th and do his best in the straight which he could not follow as he was denied a clear run at about the 300 mtrs due to wall of horses racing in front and thereafter when asked for effort, the gelding did not show any turn of foot inspite of his best efforts, noted for future reference.
 
NUMINOUS (Kiran Naidu) lost his footing at about the 200 mtrs and fell in the process dislodged the rider.  As no b lame could be attributed to anyone, no action beyond noting the same was taken. Jockey Kiran Naidu who was given immediate medical aid was declared medically unfit to ride for the remaining races of the day.  Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the horse was trotting lame on right fore due to shoulder sprain.
