Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. B Prithviraj to withdraw REGAL MUSIC on veterinary grounds as it was found to have injuries at poll, withers and both hock. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of BENEDETTA, was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing SECRET DIMENSION (P Kiran Rai), on his inside, at the start.

Jockey R Anand, the rider of GOLDEN DIAMOND, was reprimanded for shifting 'out' and inconveniencing SECRET DIMENSION (P Kiran Rai), on his outside, rounding the final bend.

Jockey Ajeet Kumar, the rider of CAMPEON, reported that he accidentally lost his whip, approaching 250 Metres.

Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde and Jockey S Antony Raj were questioned regarding the running and riding of REANNA, in the above Race. The Trainer stated as follows; a) This horse had no form to go by; b) It has a very short dash and as such, he had instructed the rider to take a good jump, sit off the pace, preferably on the inside, come the shortest way home and then ride it out, in the straight; c) He was satisfied with with the riding of the Jockey who had ridden according to instructions and that similar riding instructions would be imparted in future also. Jockey S Antony Raj, while corroborating the explanations of his Trainer, informed that he had ridden according to the instructions. Their explanations were noted for future reference.

GOLDEN DIAMOND (R Anand) sustained bruises on both chest wall behind girth.
