Racing Incidents

Explanation of Jockey P. Trevor (CHAMPION BULL) in the presence of Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy that his instructions were to sit close with front runners and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering into straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, the gelding did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts.  The Trainer while confirming the above added that this being a sprint race, his charge did not relish and opined that his charge required more distance to travel. Both the Trainers and Jockeys explanations were noted for future reference.
 
Jockey Nakhat Singh (OWN BATTLE) was fined  for travelling wide throughout the race for no apparent reason.
 
Jockey Mukesh Kumar (DESERT MOON) was cautioned for travelling wide in the straight under use of whip.
